Tilda with hearts colored with Prismacolor Premium Pencils

Okay...my card.
I have been trying out different papers to use with Prismacolor Premier Pencils and odorless white spirits e.g. Gamsol. A paper with tooth is need for these pencils as a smooth paper is no good for blending. The paper I used here is from a Derwent Visual Art Diary. As Derwent are an oil based pencil too I thought okay this paper must be good. It is 110 gram weight. It seems to be quite good. I think the problem is me and my blending so my coloring is not as good as I would like. Also when I stamped this image it wasn't stamped very good but I used it anyway and made a card with it.

I made the flower with a Bosskut design a flower die in the same DP as the background. Added a few grape leaves and maiden hair fern from Leone em punches.

The paper is from Basic Grey called marjolaine from Suzannes blog candy...thank you Suzanne. The brads are Christina Re Boutique collection pink diamond. I also used Spellbinders nestabilities to frame Tilda.

HI Maz! This card is precious. I love how you used the same delightful paper to make your flowers and placed the images of the flowers so appropriately! I'm proud of you girl, for not wasting an image and good paper but being frugal and using what you had!! :-)
Your coloring is soft and pretty and boy, you nailed the shading on those pleats! Very pretty card. Big prayers going up for you as you wait on the end of the month to arrive!
Big, big BIG hugs,

Really cute. I love colouring with pencils too and am still experimenting with different brands. My next brand is Faber Castell polychromatic, will buy some tomorrow. I can’t get prisma colours where I live at all so might have a look on the net.

What a gorgeous card, Maz! Your Prismacolor coloring is amazing! And I mean it! If I knew I could color like this one day I would give up markers, they are so expensive:) Gorgeous blending work and such elegant paper choice, too!
Adorable card, Maz!
I'm sorry to hear about your health issue. God helped you before so you must keep having faith. He will help you again, dear friend! Just keep being optimistic as you always are, it will only help:)
