Easel card

Hello!
I have had the worst week. The pipes burst in my bathroom wall. When I walked into my craft room the floor was flooded. What a mess. I had two large drawers and they were soaked on the bottom and are now all warped.
Thankfully my craft things were okay. So I have had the plumber in and the carpet man to dry the carpet. almost back to normal where I can at least do some craft.
This is my first easel card. I love these cards. The flowers are ones I have made from daisy punches. Spellbinders die in the middle that I stamped.

Clematis

This morning I thought I would have a go at making a Clematis. They come in such pretty colours. I have coloured this with my blue and mauve Tombows. It kind of looks like the real one.

My first stamped image

I really thought hard about putting this card on.
I have a long way to go before I can call myself a stamper but one has to start somewhere. This is so different to what I usually do. I did have fun and that's the main thing. I don't mind constructive criticism. That is how I will learn.

My Doug's card

Hello!
Today my DH is going to New Zealand for a well earned weeks holiday. I sure am going to miss him. Hopefully I can get a few Christmas cards done. He is going to see his 104 year old Mother and his daughters. I thought I would put a card on that is one of two he has made for his girls. The Kangaroo is a die cut from Bosskuts and the Poinsettia is from instructions on Peejays blog. Thanks Pam. This is a terrific flower to make and a lot of fun. Doug has made an excellent job of his card. He had forgotten to put paws on the little Joey before I photographed it but he has paws now. Still an awesome job. Hope you like it.
Blessings

Special Birthday card for Joyce

Hello!
My next door neighbour will be 77 tomorrow. I made this card for her.
My dear friend Patti Jo sent me these lovely flower die cuts from her Gazelle machine.
I love them. They make a lovely flower.
